Will I get the current month's newsletter?
Yes, you will. Indeed, it's likely you will have access to the current and next month's newsletter during your free trial period.
What kind of files will I receive?You will receive Microsoft Word files so you can easily customize your newsletter.

Can I convert the newsletter into a PDF file?

Can I include listings in the newsletter?
You can replace as much of the newsletter as you like with listings or other information. Alternatively, you can include listings information on a separate piece of paper - then you'll be able to change your listings information easily during the month as you sell houses!
Can I include my picture in the newsletter?
Yes, you can. There is dedicated space for your picture. Alternatively, because the newsletter can be edited, you can include your picture anywhere you like.
Can I include my own graphics at the top of the newsletter?
Yes you can. As the entire newsletter (including the design) can be edited, you can add your own graphics. If you would like us to help with that - perhaps even create your own header for the newsletter - see this page on mastheads.
I see you have 3 different designs, and 2 and 4-page newsletters. Do I have to decide right away which I want?
No. Subscribers to the Real Estate Edition will have all varieties available at all times.
Can I email these newsletters?

Can I put the articles on my website?
Yes, you can. Once you subscribe, you can use the articles in any way you wish, as long as you don't resell them. You can also put the entire newsletter on your website. Read this article about the various methods available.
How much of my newsletter can I customize?As much or as little as you wish. You can change as many articles as you wish - even the title. Or you may just wish to add your business name and contact details. We recommend, however, that you include some information about your services to encourage clients to contact you.

Yes you can. You will need to adjust your printer settings for paper size and to make sure it prints the pages in the right order. As each printer is different, we cannot give you precise instructions here. Contact us if you need help.

What do I do if I want to discontinue my service?Just email us at support@readytogonewsletters.com or call 1-877-976-6368 and we will cancel your account immediately.
Is this guarantee for real?Yes! We truly believe that you'll get great feedback from your list. If you don't, then we wouldn't feel right continuing to charge you for the newsletter. That's why we guarantee you will have at least 3 people tell you they "love" your newsletter within the first 12 months or we'll happily give you your money back. All we need is proof you actually mailed out the newsletters!

I don't want to send a newsletter every month. Can I still use your service?We recommend for maximum effectiveness that you send a newsletter monthly. However, you can choose to send newsletters as and when you wish for the same fee. You may wish to purchase an annual subscription and save money.
